Would highly recommend Paul and his team. Very prompt responses to communication, clear explanations. We needed a new boiler at very short notice - problem diagnosed on Monday, new boiler installed Wednesday of the same week. All visits happened on time, we were given all the information we needed very promptly, and Paul sorted out the paperwork for the boiler warranty and the Gas Safe certification on the same day as the work was finished. Very satisfied customer.

Can’t fault Ethos heating. From fitting our new boiler at short notice 3 years ago to the annual service each year. Paul is polite accommodating and one of the few tradesman I would happily recommend.
